Walking Santa Barbara
Being hot for the zombie theme and the post-apocalypse, she avoided this series for an extended time - I wasn't stunned at the trailer, the actors are incredibly ordinary-looking. Recently, my listing of zombie films begin to thin out and I rubbed my hands, tuned in the drama and non-trivial plot, https://italentos.win/wiki/Not_really_a_dog_Not_really_a_wolf_Hero sat down to enjoy the initial episode. Unfortunately, sheer disappointment with a little rabies. Frenzy from high ratings and loud positive reviews. Naturally, I help keep the opinion of those people who write praises to myself, but there's no doubt with regards to the maturity from the thought of these people. Yes, it is clear that this is usually a film. But guys - this can be the level of directing and script below the floor. Has mastered the initial two installments of the 1st season, there isn't any desire to take a look further.
From the primary minutes I needed to wind. I adore atmospheric films, dull landscapes, whipping up a tragic atmosphere ... It's not here. Neither the camera work, nor the inventory perfectly found on the frame and other connected things helped. The scenes are slow to begin exhaustion. A good negative is the earliest part of the series. The opinion how they wanted to cheat me never left me - the reasoning was removed from the truly amazing film'28 days later ', together with the creators'imagination, apparently, quite tight. Next is the chief character. In most cases, it seemed that a grown-up man - his wife, children - behaves himself so stupidly, but from his stupid actions and inappropriate behavior the hand itself literally magnetized to the forehead. Yes, you shouldn't have being heroic, but to behave rationally, at the least with a small amount of courage and ingenuity, and it might be greater (his trip to the location with zombies, over a horse, such as a sheriff's deputy is a separate fail).
Regarding the acting: weak. It appears like a drama, they don't care. Neither fish nor fowl. The main character has one emotion - tension.
Action is within micro-sizes, a handful of interesting decisions have taken place - only that predictability kills my way through the bud. Not interested.
What happens from the series itself is not clear. It appears like it must be as planned, but it really works in an awful way. Why suddenly zombies, where, when - at least some information. But no, were shown the partnership of people, their idle chatter and running around. This is apparently the leading motive of the series. The heroes, having put off their brains, do one thing but try to survive and adjust to the changed world. If anyone came here due to the zombies, don't waste your time.
P. s. I see that negative testamonials are not particularly favored here - they may be simply mercilessly minus. Although people give above convincing facts - like endless cartridges, food, gasoline, the hopeless stupidity of heroes, short sleeves ... Seriously, if you know a zombie bite is 100% fatal, does one walk across the street within a thin shirt? ... Or acknowledge that zombies react to your sound, loudly call their friend? ...
You would have it a trifle - but the overall thought of the picture consists of such trifles.
