I just love the zombie apocalypse genre. And my love just for this series began recently, just 30 days ago I watched the very first episodes and rewatched all 7 seasons in a very binge. Now I'm on hold for 8!
In brief, zombies are just like zombies. Infection, probably not infection, you will find there's catch. People are similar to people. BUT! What are the plot twists. That from episode 1 of season 1 to the last episode released on TV screens, the series is captivating and intriguing.
With regards to the heroes. Although there is a protagonist here, specifically Rick Grimes - the sheriff, but I can not help but bypass everyone.
