Walking Santa Barbara
Being a fan of the zombie theme as well as post-apocalypse, she avoided this series for an extended time - I was not in awe of the trailer, the actors are extremely ordinary-looking. Recently, my list of zombie films began to thin out and I rubbed my hands, tuned into the drama and non-trivial plot, sat down to see the primary episode. Unfortunately, sheer disappointment with some rabies. Frenzy from high ratings and loud positive reviews. Not surprisingly, I can keep the opinion of people who write praises to myself, but there's no doubt in regards to the maturity from the perception of these people. Yes, it is see-through that this is usually a film. But guys - this can be the degree of directing and script below the floor. Has mastered the earliest two installments of the 1st season, there is no desire to look further.
From the very first minutes I need to to wind. I love atmospheric films, dull landscapes, whipping up a tragic atmosphere ... This is not here. Neither the digital camera work, nor the inventory perfectly found on the frame and other associated things helped. The scenes are long to begin exhaustion. A very secure negative is the initial area of the series. The sense that they can wanted to cheat me never left me - the theory was taken from the fantastic film'28 days later ', while using creators'imagination, apparently, quite tight. Next is the chief character. For the most part, it seemed that a mature man - his wife, children - behaves himself so stupidly, but from his stupid actions and inappropriate behavior the hand itself literally magnetized to your forehead. Yes, it is not necessary to be heroic, but to behave rationally, at the least with a drop of courage and ingenuity, and it will be superior (his escape to metropolis with zombies, using a horse, as a sheriff's deputy can be a separate fail).
Regarding the acting: weak. It looks like a drama, but they don't care. Neither fish nor fowl. The principle character has one emotion - tension.
Action is contained in micro-sizes, a number of interesting decisions have taken place - will predictability kills my way through the bud. Not interested.
What goes on inside series is not clear. It appears like it as planned, but it does work in a poor way. Why suddenly zombies, where, when - not less than some information. But no, vipforum.kz we have been shown their bond of persons, their idle chatter and running around. This is apparently the key motive with the series. The heroes, having deterred their brains, do anything but try to survive and conform to the changed world. If someone came here as a result of zombies, don't waste your time.
P. s. that negative reviews are not particularly favored here - they're simply mercilessly minus. However give in excess of convincing facts - like endless cartridges, food, gasoline, the hopeless stupidity of heroes, short sleeves ... Seriously, if you know a zombie bite is 100% fatal, might you walk across the road inside of a thin shirt? ... Or acknowledge that zombies react on the sound, loudly call their friend? ...
You would have it a trifle - but the general perception of the photo consists of the trifles.
