Being hot for the zombie theme plus the post-apocalypse, she avoided this series for a long period - I was not in awe of the trailer, the actors are incredibly ordinary-looking. Recently, my set of zombie films began to thin out and I rubbed my hands, tuned to the drama and non-trivial plot, sat down to look at the very first episode. Unfortunately, sheer disappointment with a little rabies. Frenzy from high ratings and loud positive reviews. Naturally, I can keep the opinion of those that write praises to myself, but there is no doubt concerning the maturity of the thought of these people. Yes, it is clear that this is a film. But guys - this can be the higher level of directing and script beneath the floor. Has mastered the primary two instances of the first season, there isn't any desire to take a look further.
From the initial minutes I wanted to wind. I like atmospheric films, dull landscapes, whipping up a tragic atmosphere ... That isn't here. Neither the digital camera work, nor the inventory in the frame and other connected things helped. The scenes are prolonged to begin exhaustion. A good negative is the first portion of the series. The feeling how they desired to cheat me never left me - the reasoning was taken from the good film'28 days later ', with all the creators'imagination, apparently, quite tight. Next is the leading character. Typically, read new movies review it seemed that a grownup man - his wife, children - behaves himself so stupidly, but from his stupid actions and inappropriate behavior the hand itself literally magnetized on the forehead. Yes, there is no need to become heroic, but to behave rationally, a minimum of with a drop of courage and ingenuity, and it would be greater (his vacation to the location with zombies, using a horse, available as a sheriff's deputy can be a separate fail).
Concerning the acting: weak. It appears like a drama, nevertheless they don't care. Neither fish nor fowl. The principle character has one emotion - tension.
Action is present in micro-sizes, a couple of interesting decisions took place - just that predictability kills all things in the bud. Not interested.
What happens within the series is not clear. It seems like it should be as planned, but it works in an unsatisfactory way. Why suddenly zombies, where, when - at the least some information. But no, we are shown the bond of people, their idle chatter and running around. This is very much the chief motive of the series. The heroes, having turned off their brains, a single thing but try to outlive and alter to the changed world. If someone came here as a result of zombies, don't waste your time.
P. s. that negative comments are not particularly favored here - they are simply mercilessly minus. Although people give more than convincing facts - like endless cartridges, food, gasoline, the hopeless stupidity of heroes, short sleeves ... Seriously, understanding that a zombie bite is 100% fatal, would you walk across the road inside of a thin shirt? ... Or if you know zombies react to the sound, loudly call their friend? ...
You would have it a trifle - but the general thought of the picture consists of these trifles.
