Being hot for the zombie theme as well as the post-apocalypse, she avoided this series for a long period - I was not in awe of the trailer, the actors are quite ordinary-looking. Recently, my listing of zombie films begin to thin out and I rubbed my hands, tuned to the drama and non-trivial plot, sat down to enjoy the very first episode. Unfortunately, sheer disappointment with a bit of rabies. Frenzy from high ratings and loud positive reviews. Obviously, I will keep the opinion of those who write praises to myself, but there's no doubt about the maturity in the thought of these people. Yes, it is clear that this can be a film. But guys - this can be the degree of directing and script below the floor. Has mastered the very first two installments of the first season, you cannot find any desire to look further.

From the first minutes I needed to wind. I like atmospheric films, dull landscapes, whipping up a tragic atmosphere ... This is not here. Neither you work, nor the inventory based in the frame and other associated things helped. The scenes are time consuming to the point of exhaustion. A strong negative is the earliest the main series. The impression which they wished to cheat me never left me - the reasoning was taken from the truly amazing film'28 days later ', together with the creators'imagination, apparently, quite tight. Next is the primary character. In general, it seemed that grown-up man - his wife, children - behaves himself so stupidly, but from his stupid actions and inappropriate behavior the hand itself literally magnetized to your forehead. Yes, there's no need to generally be heroic, read new movies review but to behave rationally, at least with a drop of courage and ingenuity, and it would be far better (his holiday to the location with zombies, using a horse, by means of a sheriff's deputy is usually a separate fail).

Regarding the acting: weak. It looks like a drama, they don't care. Neither fish nor fowl. The leading character has one emotion - tension.

Action is present in micro-sizes, some interesting decisions took place - only that predictability kills all things in the bud. Not interested.

What goes on in the series itself is not clear. It appears as if it as planned, but it truely does work in a bad way. Why suddenly zombies, where, when - no less than some information. But no, we have been shown the connection of individuals, their idle chatter and running around. This seems to be the leading motive from the series. The heroes, having switched off their brains, do one thing but try to survive and conform to the changed world. If anyone came here due to zombies, don't waste your time.

P. s. that negative reviews are not particularly favored here - they can be simply mercilessly minus. However give more than convincing facts - like endless cartridges, food, gasoline, the hopeless stupidity of heroes, short sleeves ... Seriously, understanding that a zombie bite is 100% fatal, can you walk across town inside of a thin shirt? ... Or with the knowledge that zombies react towards sound, loudly call their friend? ...

It would seem a trifle - but the final thought of the image consists for these trifles.
