His co-star Alex Mytton - who isn't on holiday with Jamie - couldn't resist sharing another image of his naked pal on his own Instagram, after it was probably sent to him privately.

Jamie's over-exposure happens on Wednesday when he visited the Boschendal vineyard in the Franschhoek Valley.
The reality star and his friends, including former Made In Chelsea co-star Hugo Taylor, have been in South Africa since after Christmas.

It appears the group have been staying in Cape Town - an hour away from the vineyard - where they spent New Year's Eve partying on Table Mountain.
Jamie's holiday comes after his will-they-won't-they romance with MIC co-star Jess Woodley fizzled out in the last series of the E4 show.
Despite the pair sharing kisses, going on holiday to Ibiza and even sleeping together, Jess and Jamie decided to call it a day.
